Roadmap/Learning Plan draft – 10% of your final mark

The most challenging part of the final project in ISC 100 is to take the answers to the questions outlined
below and present in a visual format. For this reason we will begin to answer the questions (point form) in
order to break this assignment down into smaller manageable steps

This assignment should incorporate an honest, open appraisal of your own past experience and
self-knowledge, as well as the goals and plans you have for your future. It should address the elements
outlined below, but be sure to make it reflect your own particular situation in a personally meaningful
way.

Please answer the following questions. Point form is fine


1) Describe your main purpose for attending college.

Why are you attending college at this time?

What do you really want to gain from your efforts?

What motivates you the most to succeed in school?

2) Discuss ways you can become involved at Seneca – Highlight resources/services you can use. (Week 1-3)

3) What Grades do you hope to achieve this semester (be realistic)? What can you do to improve academic
performance in all of your classes? (Week 6-7)

4) What are you plans for next semester, both academic and personal? (Week 4-5)

5) What strengths and areas for improvement do you plan to focus on this semester? Please make
reference to Study Skills inventory sheet (Week 6-7)

6) How are you managing your time this semester? What are some ways that you can improve your usage of
time?
