also gives you the opportunity to work independently as a contractor.
 You will need a Bachelors or Graduate degree in fields such as Training and Development,
Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR, or Business. While there are training and certificate
programs, they should always be supplemental to a degree not a replacement.
