INTERSHIPS
Visited Criminal Justice Organisations like police stations, prisons, borstal
schools, observation homes, open air prisons, courts and forensic laboratories. This
has given me enough knowledge on the functioning of these various organisations.
Have undergone internship in Delhi Police Economic Offences Wing which
facilitated me in understanding various aspects of economic offences, its
investigation preventive measures and legal framework.
Have undergone internship in Academy of Prisons and Correctional
Administration which gave me an extensive knowledge about prison
administration and its related aspects.
Have undergone internship in Civil Supplies (C.I.D) of Tamil Nadu police which
enhanced my knowledge of the smuggling of PDS products from Tamil Nadu to
the neighboring states.
Have undergone internship in Central Detective Training School, Ghaziabad
that enables me to gain forensic aspects involved in investigation and also during
the internship visited CBI (CFSL) which is a centre for analysis of high profile
cases.
Underwent internship in Tamil Nadu Police Economic Offences Wing (C.I.D)
that equipped me with the knowledge of economic offences in Tamil Nadu.
Participated in two-day workshop on Ethical hacking conducted by i-3 India
Technologies in the year 2012.
Attended a workshop conducted by Tulir Ngo in Chennai in June 2016 under the
theme -“Understanding and Responding to Institutional based Sexual abuse.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
I have conducted research and formulated strategies for Delhi Police on
increasing trend of sexual crime and street crime in Uttam Nagar and Nihal Vihar
jurisdiction of Delhi under the direct supervision of Addl. DCP of West District.
The strategies thus formed are under the process of implementation.

PAPERS PRESENTED AT CONFERENCES & SEMINARS


Was part of 33rd All India Criminology Conference held in Kashmir in the year
2009 and presented a research paper on “Child Trafficking in India”.
Was part of 38th Criminology conference held in Tirunelveli in the year 2015 and
presented the research paper on “Public perception on Capital Punishment: A
study in Delhi Metropolitan”.
Was part of the 39th Criminology conference held in the National law university
Odisha in September 2016 and presented a paper on-“Antiquities theft and arts
crime-a study in the Delhi metropolitan city”
Was part of the 18th world Criminology Congress in the O.P. Jindal Global
University sonepat in December 2016
Was part of “Careers in Criminology-Self Development” seminar funded by
UGC in the year 2011
Presented a paper titled- Are Victim’s voices heard in the Bail order of the
Accused? At the International Conference of Victimology held at Institute of
Law, Nirma University on February 23-25, 2017.

Presented a paper titled – Does Crime Against Journalist Give Impunity? At the
National Seminar on Dimensions of Criminal Justice System in India: Police,
Judiciary and Prison organized by Sardar Patel University of Police, Security
