SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JOMARLON ABUNDO, married, resident of Purok 5, Barangay Plaridel,

Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, do hereby constitute and appoint my wife MYLA H.
ABUNDO, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Plaridel,
Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in
my place, and stead to do and

1. To enter into compromise agreement and/or amicable settlement in my name and

stead, attend Pre-trial conference and perform all the provisions mandated under
Rule 18 of the Revised Rules of Civil Procedure, in connection with and related to
the action pending against me before the Regional Trial Court of Daet - Branch 41
for Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage under Rule 68 of the revised Rule of
Court and Damages, docketed as Civil Case Number 8427, with full authority to
delegate this power to another person or attorney who will attend to the case;
2. To attend appear and testify for and in my behalf in any stage of such action or
proceedings, including the preliminary conference thereof, and any appeal that may
be taken thereon, until its final termination, with right of substitution;
3. To designate, hire and/or appoint attorney-at-law to protect my right and interest
related to the power stated herein;
4. To receive notices from the court and/or other government offices and to attend all
judicial proceedings in which my participation or attendance may be necessary;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and
purposes, as I might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
