Title : Actualization of Utilization of Information and Communication Technology in the
Learning Process of Islamic Education in Primary Schools in Muara Dua District The teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) of elementary school in Muara Dua district are still not actualized the use of information and communication technology in the learning process. On this basis the research was conducted to find out: 1) Actualization of the use of information and communication technology in the learning process of PAI at elementary school in Muara Dua District. 2) The view of PAI elementary school teachers in Muara Dua District towards the demand for actualization of the use of information and communication technology in the learning process. 3) Obstacles of PAI SDN teachers in Muara Dua District in actualizing the use of information and communication technology in the learning process. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subject of the study was the PAI teacher at elementary school Muara Dua District. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study: 1) Actualization of the use of information and communication technology in the learning process of PAI at elementary school in Muara Dua District has not been maximized. Because observations show that only a small proportion have actualized the implementation of learning, most have not. The results of the interviews also showed that very few had actualized in every aspect of learning, generally not actualizing in some or all aspects. The results of the documentation study illustrate very few that include information and communication technology media in the lesson plan (RPP), in general do not include. 2) The views of elementary school PAI teachers in Muara Dua District towards the demands for actualization of the use of information and communication technology in the learning process are all positive. This is reinforced by the efforts of most teachers to improve competence, the willingness to participate in training, and the hope for PAI teachers in the future. 3) The obstacle of teachers in actualizing the utilization of information and communication technology internally is that they lack or do not understand how to operate hardware and do not master the operational systems of information and communication technology media software. Externally the wifi is off, the quota runs out, there is no WA group in the classroom where teaching, and most parents of students do not use Android phones.
