your requirement please find below are commercial for movement of material by air mode
from Aurangabad to Pantnagar.
Axpress Group is more than 15 year old group servicing to all vertical of business in
domestic transportation in Pan India, we have a 300 plus services location where we are
present and provide our services to our clients.

Payment Terms

Terms and conditions –

1. Material should be insured by Consignor or Consignee.
2. GST will be applicable as per Govt. norms (RCM Base)
3. Loading / unloading will be at Consignor and Consignee scope.
4. Halting charge will be applicable after 12 hours of hold at loading &/ or unloading
point.
5. Transit time is exclusive of Booking & Delivery date.
6. Any query on shipment should be made within 60 days from booking, beyond which
it will not be entertained.
7. Express mode charges will be 35% extra and transit time 25% lesser comparing
with normal mode freight and transit time.
8. Transit time may get exceeded considering weather issues, flood, earth quake and
other situation lead by governmental / political agendas.
9. Any issues resulting due to error in &/ or insufficient documents will be
responsibility of consignor &/ or consignee.
10. Any material damage resulting due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of
the consignor &/ or consignee.
11. In case the stock/ inventory is unclaimed in our warehouse for a period of more
than 60 days from date of delivery specified, it shall be considered unclaimed goods
& disposed of as per Company policy.
12. No deduction will be accepted in payment or against any bill, if any deduction will be
discussed mutually.
13. Weight of single box should not be more than 60 kg in air and 90 kg in train, if in
case it will be considered as double.
14. 4 % per month will be charged on the payments if the payments are not released
within the agreed time frame.

15. Additional Rs, 750 /- per docket Green tax will be charged for any consignment
delivered or picked up in Delhi, Ghaziabad & Noida.

16. Any material shortage found within the packaging (intact boxes) once the material
has been handed over will be responsibility of consignee &/ or the consignor.

17. Liability of Axpress shall be restricted to issue COF (Certificate of facts), subject to
remark on POD.

18. The copy of police F.I.R shall be provided only in case of accident, fire, hijack of
vehicle, theft & burglary
19. We will be charging Rs. 200/- in addition to all charges against shipment on to-pay &
COD basis and Rs. 400/- against shipment on DACC basis.

20. Current Diesel rate-Re______ per Litre, In case of Diesel hike by 5% the rates will be
raised by 3% from the date of hike. (Vice versa)

The rate and terms contract should be signed and approved by authorized signatories of
Axpress and Shipper with respective company seal.
