IMPORTANT NOTES & PROCEDURES:

I. CHECKING OF PROPOSED LOCATION (250M away from any existing ExpressPay Center):

• Email us the EXACT ADDRESS of the proposed location with Google Map pinpointing the exact target
location.

II. FILL-UP FRANCHISE APPLICATION FORM

• If you’ll be using your home address, make sure to inform the Sales Person.
• Please fill-up all the necessary fields.
• Any request should be inputted in the Franchise Inquiry Form.

III. SIGN 4 COPIES OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT:

• You should read and sign every page and fill up all the necessary fields before submitting to us.
• ExpressPay Sales Personnel will check it and will sign by the President then, notarized.
• You will have your copy after notarizing (you can contact Jonathan through (02) 723-1853 with this).

IV. FOR YOUR PAYMENT:
