June 15, 2019 8:00 *It was my first day at the office.
Atty. Querubin welcomed me and had a
short briefing regarding of my work.
9:00 A client came and sought for a legal advice
for the guardianship of her daughter. Atty.
Querubin allowed me to interviewed and
gave her an advice and made an affidavit of
guardianship.
10:15 *Another client came and asked what is the
consequence if he will not file an answer to
a complaint for recovery of possession of
real property against him. I told to him that
there is a serious consequence. He will be
declared in default and cannot participate in
the proceeding and the tendency is that he
will be lost in the case. I gave him a legal
advice that it is better to file his answer to
contest the complaint and interpose all the
defenses. They can enter for amicable
 settlement before the pre-trial inasmuch as
both parties are willing to settle the same in
order to prevent long litigation.
11:30 *At this time the client opted to file his
answer. I acquainted him to Atty. Querubin
for a formal interview about his case.

12:30- *Lunch break

1:45 *I went to the store and photocopied the

motion for extension of time to file a
responsive pleading made by Atty.
2:00 Querubin.
* I went to the post office and mailed the
2:15 Motion for Extension of Time to File
5:00 Answer.
I went back to the office.
Departed from the office.
June 22, 2019 8:00 *I entered in the Office and someone is
waiting for me. Atty. Fatima ordered me to
conduct an interview to her client why he is
now withdrawing the case and willing to
execute an affidavit of desistance.
9:30 * I made the Affidavit of Desistance and
corrected by Atty. Fatima.
9:45 *I printed it and gave a copy of which to the
client and let him to read the same.
10:00 *He formally executed the said affidavit.

12:00 *Lunch Break

1:30 *A client came and wanted his documents

to be notarized, so I assisted him to Atty.
Querubin.
 2:00-5:00 *Someone came and sought for a legal
advice regarding annulment of marriage.
June 26, 2019 8:00 *It was my third day in the office and I felt
so sleepy because I only had 4 hours of sleep
then a client came and asked for a legal
advice on how she will take action against
her husband for not giving support for them
together with their children. I gave her legal

*Conchita Tuwalya came in the office to
execute a Special Power of Attorney in
11:00 favor to her niece Brenda Tuwalya.
12:00 *I printed the Special Power of Attorney
3:00-5:00 * Lunch
*I browsed legal documents like pleading,
motion, contracts, affidavit, judicial
affidavits and others on the computer of the
office.
June 28, 2019 8:00 I continued to browse the computer to learn
how to make legal documents.
10:00 Atty. Fatima instructed me before she leaves
her office to make a contract of lease
between Lei Adap and Janine Soller.
12:00 Lunch

2:00 I went to the post office to mail the judicial

affidavit addressed to RTC Narvacan.
2:20 I went to bookstore to buy office supplies as
per instruction of Atty. Querubin’s
3:30 secretary.
I went back to the office and made sandwich
4:30-5:00 for our merienda.
I printed the petition for Nullity of Marriage
made by Atty. Querubin.
July 2, 2019 8:00 I opened the computer to read some of legal
documents until someone came and looked
for Atty. Querubin.
9:00 Atty. Querubin arrived in the office and I
introduced her client. The client asked a
request to Atty. Fatima to rush the
preparation of Judicial Affidavit of Emeline
Tolentino. Atty. Fatima instructed me to do
the same.

12:00 I printed the Judicial Affidavit.
Lunch
2:00-4:30
Pacita Pardo and Lolita Raquepo came in the
office and asked Atty. Querubin to make a Deed
of Adjudication with Sale. Atty. Querubin sought
my help to do the same because she will be
attending her scheduled trial case in Branch 21,
Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. I told to the clients that it
is better for them to be back tomorrow morning at
5:00 8:00 o’clock in the morning because I don’t know
the definite time when is Atty. Querubin will be
back.
We left the office

July 3, 2019 8:00- We attended hearings at Regional Trial

11:00 Court Br. 20,Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. I was
so scared when I saw Judge Marita B.
12:00 Balloquing.
1:00-4:00 Lunch
I made a Special Power of Attorney executed by

Left the Office
July 5, 2019 8:00- We attended hearings in Br. 21, Vigan City,
10:30 Ilocos Sur. I saw Judge Cecilia Archog and
I felt so nervous and scared as she was
staring at me. I felt the same way when I
attended the hearing at Br. 20, Vigan City.
11:00 A client came and asked me to make an
affidavit of guardianship, I consulted to
Atty. Querubin and directed me to do it.
11:30 Another client came and asked me to make
another affidavit of loss. Again, I introduced
to Atty. Querubin and she commanded me
again to do it.

12:30 I printed both affidavits and asked them for

a review before it will finalize.
1:00 Lunch
2:00-4:10 Went back to Br. 21, to attend hearings

Went back to the office and I left at 5:00
5:00 p.m.
July 8, 2019 8:00 I was so happy that my internship is almost
done, I have still one (1) day to go before it
will be over.
9:00 I went to the post office and mailed the
amended complaint with leave of court.
10:00 I interviewed a client who came in the office
and narrate how she lost her wallet.
Afterwards, I made an affidavit of loss.
12:00 Lunch

1:30-4:30 We went to RTC Br. 20, to attend the

scheduled hearings.
5:00 I left the office.
July 9, 2019 8:00 I arrived at the office with a huge smile I felt
so blessed everyday but on that day was so
special for me because it was my birthday.
12:00 Atty. Querubin treated me on my birthday at
choobi choobi.
1:00 I made an affidavit to use the surname of the
father.
2:00-4:00 We went to Br. 21, Vigan City to attend the
5:00 scheduled hearings of Atty. Querubin.
I talked to Atty. Querubin and thanked her
for welcoming me in her law office. I was
so happy that my internship is finally over.
