Job Details
Experience& Skills:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in corporate sector (preferably
LNG/Energy sector). Sound knowledge and proven experience in dealing with
financial matters representing a good public or private organization (preferably
LNG/Energy Sector). Knowledge of downstream LNG sector will be preferred.
In-depth knowledge/experience in Managing Accounts, Financial Planning &
Modeling, Budgeting in a good public or private organization.
Familiarity with project finance, joint venture documents, transactional contracts
and have ability to identify & absorb the contract terms.
Proficiency in dealing with banks, auditors, investment entities, and consultants.

Well-informed in financial aspects of LNG/Energy supplies.

Job/Position Title: Assistant Manager Procurement
Qualifications:
Minimum 16 years of education with Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement
/ Business Administration / Public Administration / Engineering.
Experience& Skills:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in dealing with
procurement/procurement planning/supply chain management preferably
inLNG/Energy sector. Experience in downstream LNG procurementis highly
desired.
Sound knowledge and proven experience in procurement of LNG/Energy supplies
representing a good public or private organization. In-depth knowledge of PPRA
rules, international tendering/procurement process, Public Sector Companies’
structures, Corporate Governance rules etc.
Candidate should be well versed with the ICB procurement.
Ability of flexible thinking, self-motivation, drive, integrity and confidence.
Highly effective communication skills both written and oral.The incumbent should
have a positive open style of communication in order to develop considerable
networking links into the LNG Supply, LNG Shipping & a wide range of
organizations internationally.
