Major Accomplishments at NINVAST:

 10000% Increment of services revenue in 4 years.


 Affiliation as registered institute with NAVTTC and National Training Bureau.

 Developed and re-strategies the business development plans from scratch.

 Development of strategies for self-reliance of country by planning to use local alloy steel.
 Boosted the people steel mills profit to historic figures by making it official supplier of Pakistan ordinance
factory, HMC, HIT, Pakistan Railway & Pak Navy.
 Clearance of inspection of verities of alloy steel from GHQ & air force inspection divisions.
 Worked as Team Leader in production & logistics of 270MT of Glue successfully with zero safety hazard at
POF Explosive Factory, Wah Cant.
 Supervised the renovation of Mixing Plant at POF Explosive factory.
 Development of Surface Finishing Processes for Pipes manufactured at Project E-I.

Senior Engineer; Dr. A.Q Khan Research Labs, Kahuta – (1991-2001)

 Worked as in-charge data Base Section of the division to evaluate performance of 14 sections of division.
 Supervised Surface Finishing and Surface Treatment sections.
 Design & development of Chemical Technology Division infrastructure.
 Development of Surface Finishing Techniques and their application after fabrication of Surface Finishing
and Surface Treatment Plants.
 Developed Processes for blackening of stainless steel and implemented successfully.
 Development of Surface Finishing Processes for Pipes manufactured at Project E-I, Sihala.
 Performed duties as In-charge of Surface Finishing Section.
Assistant Engineer; Dr. A.Q Khan Research Labs., Kahuta – (1986-91)

 Develop skill set of Surface Finishing Techniques for Aluminum Pipes and Steel tubes by achieving
excellence in R&D.
 Acquired Electroplating techniques and achieved expert level in process by extensive R&D.
 Conducted R&D to introduce Successful Cadmium Plating for components of strategic applications.
 Developed process for blackening of stainless steel and copper.
