have helped get rid of their tinnitus.
In this book, I’m going to show you what
changes I helped those people make in their
lives to make progress towards silencing their
tinnitus.

NOTE: I am not a doctor, please seek

Now that that’s out of the way…

...Let’s get rid of your tinnitus!


4 effective ways to silence
your tinnitus

Let’s start with the most effective technique


first up:

1.
DRY FASTING

For those of you who might not be sure, to


‘fast’ means to go long periods of time without
eating.

Dry fasting, however, is going periods of time


without eating or drinking anything.

Now if this sounds ridiculous to you, or like it


has nothing to do with tinnitus – then at least
read the next paragraph before you close this
eBook.

Throughout your life, the cells all throughout


your body die.

In fact, over half a billion cells in your body die


every day.

But that’s okay! Because your body creates


new cells to replace these dead cells.

This a natural process which is supposed to


happen!

Now, let’s focus on your head, which controls,


emotion, logic, judgement and yes - sound
interpretation.

In fact - let’s focus on the cells inside your


inner ear(s)

Here’s a brief summary of how sound works:

Someone sitting next to you on the train


coughs. That cough creates invisible waves in
the air called sound waves.
Those sound waves eventually hit the outside
of your ear and are funnelled into your ear via
the peculiar shape of ears (weirdly shaped
hey?)

It’s down your ear canal that these sound


waves hit your ear drum.

Now that drum passes vibrations onto ‘little


bones’ (simply put) who’s basic job it is to
pass those ‘cough vibrations’ deeper into the
inner ear and onwards towards the vestibular
nerve.

Here is the where the transformation from


‘cough waves’ to electricity occurs.

It is the job of the cells all throughout the inner


ear to turn those sound waves into ‘electricity’
so the brain can process it and tell you the
exact sound of the cough the man next to you
is making.

But, inside each and every cell, it is the


specific job of the endoplasmic reticulum to
transmit electricity to other cells and ultimate
the cells in your brain via neurotransmitters.
Now, remember how I said 500 million cells
die in your body every single day?

Well, more dead cells in your body means


less endoplasmic reticulum to translate noise
correctly and easily…

…*cough* hyperacusis *cough*

(here’s also a great place to interject to point


out that fast food, coffee, pharmaceutical
drugs and physical injuries kill cells, among
other things).

So, how do we get new cells?

well, the hormone melatonin that is secreted


whilst we’re in REM sleep does this
exceptionally well!

But, the coffee, alcohol, sugar, bread, rice and


pasta we eat inhibits REM sleep so that’s out
of the question! (at least until we detox) So!

What’s just as good?


Fasting!

Namely - Dryfasting.

Dryfasting kickstarts a mechanism within your


body called Autophagy.

Autophagy is when your new healthy cells eat


your dead cells - making your new cells
healthier while at the same time creating more
room for even more new cells!

How does this relate to your tinnitus?

Autophagy ensures that within your ears,


sound waves are easily transmitted to your
brain via neurotransmitters.

And ensure there is no interference such as


ringing, crackling, whistling, whooshing or
humming.

Also, many balance issues reside in the inner


ear such as Meniere's disease.

Excited yet??
“Liam if this works so well, why wouldn’t my
doctor have just told me to do this?”

Simple. Litigation.

If a medical professional tells you not to eat or


drink anything for 2 – 3 days. And then you
feel weary, fall over and crack your head open
on the 3rd day.

They stand a great chance of getting sued


and losing their medical license.

Also, seeing as ‘fasting’ is not a drug, drug


agencies cannot get ‘approved’ by any
governing body – at least not anytime soon –
as a legitimate medical prescription with noted
‘side effects’.

Thus, rendering the prescribing doctors


free of any blame should harm come your
way.

But I don’t mind telling you, because hey, I


wish someone told me so I didn’t have to go
figure it all out on my own.
Secondly - a lot of doctors don’t know.

Did you know throughout a doctor’s traditional


8 years of medical schooling, they spend just
2 weeks learning about nutrition and only 2
hours learning about sleep?

Nutrition

So, when you do end up eating, what can you


eat?

You can eat from the list below:


All uncooked vegetables (except tomatoes,
legumes, all nuts, all beans, and cucumbers)

High quality, high fat beef, chicken, pork and


animal organs (ALL COOKED)

Fiji or Evian water (reverse osmosis is fine but


not ideal)

Some fruits

Now, here’s what you cannot eat!

•Meat from the supermarket deli


•Coffee (or any caffeinated products)
•Tap Water
•Alcohol
•Soda (Coke, Fanta)
•Rice
•Bread
•Pasta
•Gnocchi
•Soy
•Protein Powders
•Sugar, Lollies, Chocolate… sorry
(Oh by the way, there’s much more
information you need to know that I couldn’t fit
into this beginner’s book, so be on the lookout
for an email from me tofxmorrow! :)

This diet is strict for a reason – it’s the most


effective way to heal you (in my opinion
anyway).

If tinnitus it was simple to fix – millions of


people around the world wouldn’t be living
with it.

3.
Cold Showers

Have a cold shower at least twice a week.


Cold showers reduce inflammation caused by
bad diet and stress. Cold showers also lower
your food cravings.
Super important – colder showers help you
sleep deeper! (sleep is super, super important
for getting rid of tinnitus).

Remember how we spoke about the hormone


melatonin?

4.
Just Give It A Go!

The methods listed in this eBook are working


for the following types of tinnitus:

• Pulsatile tinnitus

In closing
Tinnitus is only a symptom!

Just like:

Having a runny nose is a symptom of having


a cold

Having a bruise is a symptom of bumping


your shin

Getting hives is a symptom of an allergy

Make sense?

Your ears are ringing due to an underlying


problem!

This underlying problem is simply that the


cells in your ears are damaged and need to
be healed (completely doable).

Or that your stomach, kidneys and liver are


screaming out for a break from all the terrible
foods you’re eating!

Or that you have toxins, a parasite
