JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, GEMMA P. ORQUESTA and RONELIO E. RUBIA, of legal ages, both

Filipinos, married and residents of Brgy. Parasan, Leyte, Leyte, Philippines, having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That we both personally know the spouses CERELINO BACO MADANGLOG and
IRENEA LUMEN CAÑAS for we had lived in the same locality for a long time, and have
been our intimate friends;

That we personally know that the spouses has a legitimate son in the person of
JERRY CAÑAS MADANGLOG;

That we also know and we hereby declare that the said CIRILINO BACO
MADANGLOG and ERENIA CANÑAS MADANGLOG appearing in the Social Security
System Personal Record E-1 of JERRY CAÑAS MADANGLOG and CERELINO BACO
MADANGLOG and IRENEA LUMEN CAÑAS appearing in the Live and Death
Certificates of JERRY CAÑAS MADANGLOG refers to one and the same persons;

That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity of the above-
named persons nor are we interested by the financial outcome of this Joint Affidavit;

As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
