GREETINGS!

This is in regard to the production and delivery of office uniforms for the
employees of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

Records would show that sometime late last year the fabric/textile were
already delivered to your Shop and the corresponding measurements of the
employees were likewise taken, some even paid in full with the expectation that you
would deliver the said uniforms in a timely manner following the prompt payment.
Unfortunately, and to our dismay, several months had already lapsed you still have
not finished the productions of the said uniforms much so deliver the same to their
respective owners.

Upon vigorous follow up with your Shop, you entered a verbal agreement with
our Chief Administrative Officer that you will finish the productions of all uniforms
and deliver the same by the end of March 2019.

In view thereof, it is respectfully sought after you to FINISH the production of

the same and DELIVER all remaining uniforms by the end of April 2019.

Please give this matter your most preferential attention, otherwise, the
undersigned will be constrained to take the matter before the Courts by appropriate
civil and/or criminal action.

Appreciating your giving attention to this matter with utmost preference.
