1. Executive Summary
This proposal is in response to NIRANJAN’s requirement for color Multi-functional at their office. United
Business Machines will supply and install the recommended printer at the premises of NIRANJAN which
will have the minimum required features necessary for making day to day copy, prints, scans and faxes
with excellent quality.
2. Introduction
United Business Machines supports organizations that face Mission Critical document printing issues
and challenges in their desire to make great presentations of their creative thoughts. Our equipment is
positioned to your requirement thereby optimizing your business processes as a result of removing the
inefficiencies inherent with in-adept equipment and service.
3. The equipment
The best suited equipment is pitched into the system by understanding the needs and requirement of the
client in relation with quality, time-lines and reliability.
The preferred printers are selected from a range of manufacturers like Canon, Xerox, Konica-Minolta,
Ricoh, Develop etc and various models of the respective brands are pitched as per requirement.
Following is the proposal for the equipment mutually agreed upon by United Business Machines and
NIRANJAN after considering various parameters like cost feasibility, budgeting and print quality measure.
