AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and entered into this 28th day of December, 2018 at
Cavite City, by and between:

JULIEPHINE A. MENORCA, of legal age, Filipino and residing at P. Gomez St.,

Samonte Park, Cavite City, Cavite, known as the FIRST PARTY:

and

TEODORO A. CASTRO of legal age, Filipino and residing at 631 Carnation Road,
Seabreeze Subd., Cavite City, Cavite, known as the SECOND PARTY:

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, shall assign a value of the junk shop in as much
as the cash value indicated herein, and shall be a co-owner up to the said value below.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY acknowledged to have received in trust from the
SECOND PARTY the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND (Php 80,000.00) PESOS and agreed
to give FIFTEEN (15%) PERCENT interest monthly which she will return within a
period of FIVE (5) MONTHS from date hereof, which shall in turn terminate the
assigned value as stated above.

WHEREAS, should the FIRST PARTY fail to return the amount entrusted to her
by the SECOND PARTY within the period herein stipulated, she will be prosecuted for
the crime of ESTAFA under Art. 315 Paragraph 1(b) of the Revised Penal Code and be
liable to pay the damages as well as Attorney’s pay and continue to pay the interest
as agreed verbally per month from the expiration of this agreement to the time she
can settle the said amount.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 28th day
of July, 2018 at Cavite City, Philippines.
