EMPANELMENT / RECRUITMENT NOTICE

WAPCOS Limited an 'ISO 9001-2008' "Mini Ratna-I" Organization intends to recruit engineers for the following
posts for railway Electrification project in Karnataka. The requisite qualificationand experienceprescribed are as
under:

a) Recruitment of following personnel on contract basis:

2. Electrical Expert (a) EssentialDegree/Diploma in (a) Total Professional 2

recognized institution. 5 years for Degree holders and 7
years Diploma holders.

(b) Relevant Experience:

Experience in maintenance /
construction of OHE & PSI works
of Railway Electrification - 3

years for Diploma holders

3. Asst Expert Railway a) Essential: Qualified a) Total Professional Experience: 1

Operation and safety Professional preferably Minimum 5 years in Railway
having Degree or Diploma or Traffic department as SM/TI
should have minimum passed and above
10+2 class.
OR
In Railway Electrical
Department with at least 3
years experience as Traction
Power Controller or equivalent
and above.

b) Relevant Experience:

1. Those who are working in Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required to apply
through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of Interview.

3. Applicants should enclose self-certified copies of their educational qualifications and experience
certificates, PAN Card & Aadhar Card without which, the applications will be rejected.
4. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the educational qualification, experience and the eligibility
requirement against the applied post. Interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
5. Management reserves the right to fix the criteriato restrictthe number of candidates to be called
for interviews.
6. Preference will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates if otherwise found suitable.
7. Appointment for specific post shall be done at the time of start of project and remuneration shall
be fixed accordingly.
