R/sir,

With due respect I like to state that I have been relieve from the post of ANO
(NCC Girls Wing) in the month of August 2005, The items which are handed over to me
and the items which are returned to NCC Girls Wing Head Quarter (4 MP Girls Wing) are
enclosed with this letter. Few of the items are issued to the student as they have to give
the ‘B’ & ‘C’ certificate exam.
