To be practically having good life in one development country is hardly to achieve

without hardship and determination. But having it or not is still remain because the economic
itself was the indeed problem because economic growth has a huge impact in living standards of
individual. For the instance, in Malawi , Mr. Nashon Zimba is a hardworking man, his cash income
was $40, even he work more than 12 hours, nothing could be change because the Malawian GDP
per capital was less than $200, their economic failed them. It couldn’t be increase if the economic
is still constant. So what is the best way in able for having better living lifestyle.?

According on my research, To decide growth has increased happiness is highly subjective, and it
is difficult for economists to make concrete arguments. However, it is worth noting the various
side effects of growth and consider there impact on general living standards. The following are
benefits of economic growth.

1. Increased consumption

Consumption is the value of goods and services bought by people. Individual buying
acts are aggregated over time and space. Consumption is normally the largest GDP component.
Many persons judge the economic performance of their country mainly in terms of consumption
level and dynamics.

Consumers can benefit from consuming more goods and services. An assumption of economics is
that consumption is related to utility, so in theory, with higher consumption levels, there is greater
prosperity.

2. Improved public services

Improving public services means changing the ways that public services deliver services
to citizens. This means first defining responsibilities of government ministries, departments or
agencies, then ensuring that ministers and staff have enough funds, people, equipment and other
resources to carry out these responsibilities. With increased tax revenues the government can spend
more on important public services such as health and education. Improved health care can improve
quality of life through treating diseases and increasing life expectancy. Increased educational
standards can give the population a greater diversity of skills and literacy. This enables greater
opportunity and freedom. Education is seen as an important determinant of welfare and happiness.
3. Reduced unemployment and poverty

Unemployment and poverty are the two major challenges that are facing the world
economy at present. Unemployment leads to financial crisis and reduces the overall purchasing
capacity of a nation. This in turn results in poverty followed by increasing burden of debt. Now,
poverty can be described in several ways. As per the World Bank definition, poverty implies a
financial condition where people are unable to maintain the minimum standard of living. Economic
Growth helps to reduce unemployment by creating jobs. This is significant because unemployment
is a major source of problem gyms such as crime and alienation. However, despite rapid increases
in economic growth since the Second World War, areas of high unemployment in the EU remain.
For example, in France and Spain, there are currently high levels of structural unemployment. This
kind of unemployment may not be reduced by economic growth.

All of this, could happened with the help of good governance. Effective government institutions,
is no corruption , have government capable of collecting taxes and a healthy respect among the
citizenship for each of these things. An effective government invests in its people, advances
opportunities for shared prosperity, and raises the revenues needed to support the public structures
that support inclusive economic growth.

The Center for Effective Government must be conducts policy research; develops and advocates
for policy reforms; creates tools to encourage citizen participation and government accountability;
and builds broad-based coalitions to advance these values. To ensure the people understand the
vital role of government, we produce and disseminate educational materials. We are a resource for
policymakers, the media, advocacy groups, community organizations, and the public
