Ideally, a Project Manager is meant to provide such oversight.

the absence of one, a Produced Water Project Documentation & Close-
out Engineer will handle this instead.

3.1.2 Provision of Lead Project Planner & Scheduler (Produced Water Project)

3.1.2.1 Acceptance of all Planning and Scheduling Scope, independently


applying advanced project controls, techniques and analyses.

3.1.2.2 Develop and maintain the master construction schedule with input from
the construction contractors and internal project engineers.

3.1.2.3 Develop and implement scheduling standards and procedures, including


construction schedule integration into the overall project schedule, work
breakdown structure -Incorporate Owner's WBS Codes into Project Budget
and Manage Monthly Updates.

3.1.2.4 Review Contractor Invoices for financial compliance with Contract.

3.1.2.5 Update internal project financial Tracking.

3.1.2.6 Update Monthly Project Management Reports for OML 42 JV.

3.1.2.7 Establish Scheduling requirements for Contractors.

3.1.2.8 Schedule update procedures - incorporate updates into Master Schedule.

3.1.2.9 Check and coordinate contractor's detailed construction schedules.

3.1.2.10 Issue schedule reports, including; Summary schedules, look ahead


schedules, Schedule variance analysis, and Earned value and productivity
reports.

3.1.2.11 Provide regular updates for the produced water and project section of the
overall development program schedule and schedule reports.

3.1.3 Provision of Construction/ Civil Engineer (Produced Water Project)

3.1.3.1 Manage and oversee all civil and construction work as directed by the
Asset Management Team.

3.1.3.2 Review and assess civil engineering input and ensure construction works
meet design standard and it is fit for purpose eliminating non-conformance.

3.1.3.3 Ensure constructability in detailed engineering regarding civil and structural


works.

3.1.3.4 Manage and control detailed engineering regarding civil and structural
works.

3.1.3.5 Early recognition of project plan deviations and proposing of corrective


actions.

3.1.3.6 Provide necessary input data for progress reports/S curves to other
discipline engineers

3.1.4 Provision of Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer (Odidi CPF Works)

3.1.4.1 Instrumentation and Control

3.1.4.2 Work in a team to carry out close control loop checks

3.1.4.3 Co-ordinate the start-up of the CPF

3.1.4.4 Monitor process parameters

3.1.4.5 Carry out troubleshooting in instrumentation system faults

3.1.4.6 Carry out necessary repairs

3.1.5 Provision of Flow/Measurement commissioning Engineer (Odidi CPF Works)

3.1.5.1 Work in a team to carry out pre -commissioning checks on electrical


installations such as switch gears, electric motors, fans, heaters etc.

3.1.5.2 Carry out testing of installed equipment and support operations team to
maintain equipment while the facility is in operation.

3.1.6 Provision of Rotating Equipment Engineer -Compressors & Turbines (Odidi CPF works)
