Approach in Selling

 Visit to PANTALOONS, ARCHIES, BATA, BIG BAJAR, ARROW


,DIGITAL ELECTRONICS, RELIANCE TRENDS , GRAHANA
When I visited to these stores to know the seller approach towards the Potential
Customer that how they approach and pitch the Customer for the various products.
I introduced myself as a potential buyer to the seller of the store. In the very
Beginning he tries to identify my needs. So, that he can plan the whole selling
process according to my needs and the budget given by me. After that he tried to
analyze my Personality Draft and behavior pattern through which he can respond
accordingly.
 Presentation of the Product

PANTALOONS:
In the next step the salesman demonstrated various cloth of different brands to me
which is a very important factor in the Process of selling by which he tries to satisfy
my need offering various types of product.
In pantaloons Salesman demonstrated the TURTLE And BUFFALO brand in
such a manner that it gains my attention, holds interest that builds up desire for the
product.
BATA
In Bata they showed me some shoes but I didn’t like the salesman approach.
Because they don’t have varities with them and discount offer was not there.
RELIANCE TRENDS
In reliance trend all salesman was good and they attend me very well. There was
wide range of electronic products with them. I have an enquiry about apple phone
and they politely explain me all the features.
ARROW
As I entered they greet me well and all were in well dress. I spend half an hour in
that store and have looked about 10 shirts but they didn’t get frustrated and allow
me to trail all the shirts and explained me the quality of that shirt.

BIG BAZAAR
All the products were showcased in a nice manner. Price was also mentioned and if
we want some specific product salesman were there to help me.

GRAHANA STORE (SMALL MODIKHANA SJOP)


I asked shopkeeper to give me axe perfume but he was continuously forcing me to
give fogg perfume. He was giving me too much discount and I was convinced to
buy it.

ARCHIES
I asked shopkeeper to give me a showpiece but he was least bother and told me to
see there in showcase. There is many showpiece showcased there. So the selling
approach was not good
DIGITAL ELECTRONICS
I want vivo v15 mobile back cover. The salesman showed me 5-7 mobile cover
and then I asked him some discount he told me that 10% discount is there. I asked
him to give me 20% discount but he refused me. Then I was going from the shop at
last he called me and gave me 18% discount.
SUNDER STATIONERY SHOP
I have gone there to buy one copy of pioneer but he told me that pioneer is not
available in market ,please take good boy copy. So I have to take that product only.
MANJU SPORTS
I wanted to purchase a cricket ball. Selling approach was very good.
