children. Page and another tabloid journalist, Art Harris, hold internet radio programs and

Tim states he spoke with Bowling and arranged a three way phone call with Rebecca Thomas
and another "advocate".
Rebecca discusses Bowling was screaming and yelling and intimidating when discussing the
welfare status of a victim's parent. She says that Bowling stated to her that HC could be dead or
taken by a family member and possibly very, very happy. Rebecca asked what Bowling knows

Cobra claims that Jeramiah Regan and Peggy Cone tampered with evidence. Jeremiah and
Peggy Cone advised to step away from Cobra because he was going down and if they were
linked to him they would as well. Cobra alleges that he followed Jeremiah and Peggy into the
woods and he saw them digging to put a bloody sheet into the ground, a piece of evidence that
Cobra "found" and that he wanted to submit into evidence. Cobra called police and asked if the
sheet was submitted into evidence, the police said no...Jeremiah filed police report because
Cobra tampered with evidence, Cobra mad because it was Jeremiah not him.
Cobra further alleges that Jeremiah was involved with the investigator in the Casey Anthony

On March 22, 2009, a fake search for HaLeigh Cummings was conducted at a staged secondary
crime scene that rendered items of evidence that made HaLeigh Cummings appear dead or taken
far away. A dog handler at the search named Judy Lucia said a man there refused to tell her his
name because he was "undercover" with the "FBI." Lucia later idtentified the man to be John
Regan, Hastings, Florida. She said he pretended to call the police but Cobra Staubs arrived
instead. She said he "cleared" the evidence as if he was in charge. The Putnam County Sheriff's
Office did not want any of the planted evidence nor did they attempt to determine who the
planted evidence would trace to. Major Gary Bowling said the PCSO, FDLE, and FBI did not

Charles Holmseth yesterday and told him if he didn't remove her name from his BAR complaint against
Attorney Kim Picazio she would have something done with his children. Curry told Holmseth she has
people following him. She threatened to publicize false information about Holmseth to destroy his

Chelsea Croslin is Misty Croslin's sister-in-law. She said a woman named "Sue" from Palatka,
Florida called her and told her she could put her in touch with a private investigator named Tina
Church. Croslin said she was promised searches for HaLeigh. Croslin learned that Church had
associates in the online media and believed she was telling them everything she had shared in
confidence under laws governing confidentiality. Croslin left a message on Church's answering
machine telling her to never call again. What you hear here is Church's response. Croslin
believes a voice at the end of the message makes an ominous statement about death.
The whispering was NOT Art Harris. Art does not know Tina Church, and was not on the
telephone whatsoever with these people. This is a fabrication by Tim to make accusations
against a friend of mine, in hopes I will react, and defend Art. I have never responded to any of
these videos in 2011.

Staubs says that he got there, they were stealing Wayanne's drugs. She had to have a liver
transplant. Kim wouldn't take Wayanne to the hospital because it would look bad in the media.
Kim went to the pharmacy and filled prescriptions for Wayanne and was proud to have kept the
receipt.
