Glance

1. In the blue search bar at the top of Salesforce search for an account.
Click to Create a Case



2. Fill out the case details. Be sure to enter a Product.

3. Once inside the case, click on the Glance/Co-browse tab. (This might be under the
More.. dropdown depending on your screen size.)

4. Click the blue JOIN button. It may prompt you to run or allow Glance the first time
you use it.
You will now have a box where you can enter your customer’s code (see next steps.)

5. Ask your customer to click on the Gear icon in their QBO and click the Smartlook
option.



6. Have the customer read you the code that appears on their screen. NOTE: If a Tier
2 needs to join your Glance session, you can give them your customer’s Glance code and
they will be able to join the session as well.

7. Enter this code into the Key box and hit Connect. You will then see your
customer’s screen.



8. When done with the screenshare, be sure to close the case.
