INVITATION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SET UP INTEGRATED COLD
CHAIN PROJECTS
under

PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA

Proposals are invited under Scheme for Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition
Infrastructure of PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA for setting up Integrated Cold
Chain Projects in the country.

The willing entrepreneurs may submit their proposal with relevant details as per the Revised
Operational Guidelines of the Scheme for Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition
Infrastructure dated 18.01.2019. The proposal should meet the requirement of the said
scheme guidelines. Separate funds have been earmarked for SC/ST beneficiaries and
projects proposed to be set up in NER under the scheme. Earmarking of slots for Scheduled
Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) and NER, subject to fulfilment of scheme guidelines of
Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure is as follows:-

The detailed guidelines of the scheme may be seen at www.mofpi.nic.in.

Proposals may be submitted online at http://sampada-mofpi.gov.in/icc/login.aspx by the

potential entrepreneurs willing to set up integrated cold chain projects in India. The last
date for submitting application online is 17:00 Hrs. on 8th March, 2019. Physical
proposals will not be accepted.

The proposals against EoI should be accompanied by two separate demand drafts, one of
₹ One Lakh only (₹ 1,00,000/-) as a refundable security deposit and another of ₹ Ten
Thousand only (₹ 10,000/-) as non-refundable cost of EoI document drawn in favour of “Pay
and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries”, payable at “New Delhi”. The
amount of security deposit retained as performance security shall be forfeited in the event
of non-completion of the project or withdrawal of the project after approval has been
accorded. The demand drafts in original should reach the Ministry up to 17:00 Hrs. on 8th
March, 2019 failing which the online application will not be entertained.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on 04.02.2019 at 15:00 Hrs. in Room No. 120, Ministry of
Food Processing Industries, Panchsheel Bhawan, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi.
