Therefore you are once again advised to please arrange to attend the pending complaint(s) as intimated by the end user or replace the same at the earliest and submit MOM of the rectification of the complaint(s), otherwise recovery for cost of battery charger or any damage to RVPN system due to defected battery charger will be adjusted from your available financial holds as per provision of PO.
