Dawa Sain’s strategy will base on the target market and serve:

 The students of Naga City Science High School. They will spend money for fast food service and
satisfaction. The teachers and faculty members sometimes has no time to cook or go to distant
places so they just can spend a little amount of time in buying our product.
 The businesses that are stalled in different areas in the school which is primarily in the food business
as well.

7.1 COMPETITIVE EDGE

Dawa Sain will maintain a competitive stand in these areas:

 The stall will be put in close quarters with the room so that stocks can be easily distributed
in case of lack of products.
 The menu is easy to understand because the products presented are just three and the
difficulty for picking any product will be low.
 The products are easy to handle foods, because the hotdog and other products can be held
up or brought up by mere hands only and that makes a less hassle for the consumers.

7.2 VALUE PROPOSITION

Our business’ value proposition is easy to perceive in the market. We offer cheap and easy to handle
products that are more appealing to those finding good food at a low price. These also attracts portable
customers who like to eat without the hassle of bringing the food with more utensils.

7.3 SALES STRATEGY

Dawa Sain’s sales strategy is to set up a stand with its target market: the possible customer students
of Naga City Science High School and together with the teachers and faculty members. The reliant factors
that affect the profits will depend on the satisfaction that the target market gain and spend.

The prices range depending on the ingredients bought. On the retail of products, the business
proponents that all customers will have a strict policy of throwing excess utensils and food and that the
selling flow should be organized.
7.4 MARKETING STRATEGY

Under Dawa Sain, we promote that the most important element in marketing strategy that we
consider is about giving off quality products. The products should first be propagandized such as:

 Setting up printed posters/flyers across easy to see corners around the campus in order to
let people know where, when, and how to get to you. These kinds of info will be necessary
in order of having a good communication with the customers far from you.
 Doing a social media account advocating our products. Encouraging of the business to the
target customers during this way sill surely get the word out.

The complete process of delivery system will be managed and be in control of the business
