Type Checklist

 Seven (07) Months Valid Passport with Old Passport if have.

 2 copies visiting card or Company ID card.
 Recent 2 copy photograph taken in last 3 months (white background
only, photo size 35 mm X 45 mm).
 Personal / Company Bank statement of last 07 months. (60,000 BDT
per person and 120,000 BDT per family).
Job Holder  Bank Solvency Certificate.
 Salary certificate or pay slip.
 No objection letter (NOC) on company letterhead.
 Personal forwarding letter
 Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport)
 BMDC certificate for Doctor (If applicable)
 BAR council Certificate for Advocate (If applicable)

 Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport)
  Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad

 Student ID card Photo Copy. (If Student)
 Recent 2 copy photograph taken in last 3 months (white
background only, photo size 35 mm X 45 mm).
 Personal/ Parent’s /Husband/ Bank statement of last 07 months
Student  Personal/ Parent’s /Husband/ Bank Solvency Certificate
 Birth Certificate (Only for Child & infant).
 Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in
Passport)
 Forwarding Letter of Sponsor.

BDT 4,500 (Single Entry) 3 Months 60 Days per journey

BDT 16,000 (Multiple Entry) 6 Months 60 Days per journey.

Processing Time: Minimum 5 to 7 working days including the date of submission.
