Brand Marketing Analyst

Welcome to Pollen. We’re on a mission to de-mystify and uncomplicate CBD with a


range of beautifully crafted, vegan, CBD infused products, with added active
ingredients that look as good as they taste. Pollen is comprised of three ranges, Soothe
You, PowerBank and No Pressure, created with modern day living and daily routines at
the forefront.

More than just another CBD brand on the market, Pollen’s aim is to build an online
community to support and educate people on how they could be using CBD as part of
their daily routine and provide alternative solutions to achieving mind and body
wellness goals.

Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and fast-acting brand marketing
analyst to support our global launch. You will be responsible for taking the over-
arching brand objectives & strategic framework which will include building memorable
brand campaigns that drive awareness, loyalty and sales.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years brand marketing experience
and a strong understanding of the marketing mix/channel strategy of a CBD brand.
You are a creative superstar, who lives and breathes culture and trends, knowing how
to excite consumers through communications. You are passionate about Pollen and
building a brand and TOV that is unique and loved. You are always striving to out-
perform the competition by being the brand on everyone’s mind.
You must also love snacks, a lot.

Responsibilities
• Support the Global Head of Pollen w/ delivering the strategic brand plan to
achieve business objectives and KPIs
• Drive the social media and content strategy, delivering clear briefs and
guidelines for the creative team
• Develop and deliver the monthly brand marketing content and event calendars,
identifying key brand or cultural opportunities
• Manage all influencer relationships, including outreach and selection, and
external press opportunities
• Support sales with any sell in and sell out materials required working
collaboratively with them on POS, educational tools, incentives and sell-out
strategies to ensure that we have a 360-approach to all activity
• Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports showcasing brand performance and
ensuring targets are met
• Be a knowledge sharer and actively seek out new trends and opportunities the
brand can get involved in
