WORKING CONTRACT
On Today,Thursday 12 january 2017, located in Medan, the undersigned below:

1. Gina Irtiyah , Personal Manager on behalf of Yukana Company address in JL. MT


Haruno kav. 41 Medan North Sumatera Medan,North Sumatera. A Limited Company,
under The Notary Act UU No.40/2005 by Ilman Taufiq, S.H. as Notary Public dated on
23 July 2005 with Statutory Declaration of Minister of Human Resources of Republic
Indonesia No.234/SDM/2007 herein after reffered to as “THE EMPLOYER”.

2. Sri Yumna Fadhilah Hsb, a holder of Identity No.1211106307960001, address in jl.


Pendidikan gg. Ridho no 52 tembung medan, herein after referred to as “THE
EMPLOYEE”

THE EMPLOYER dan THE EMPLOYEE all together herein after reffered to as THE PARTIES
hereby declare that :

1. THE EMPLOYER is A Limited Company with its engagement in The Field of


manufacture ;
2. To run the business activities, THE EMPLOYER need Human Resource (EMPLOYEE)
who posses expertise in The Field of Accounting to do working in the new branch office.
3. THE EMPOLYEE has owned expertise in The Field of Acounting,English and
Computer.
4. THE EMPLOYER in running new branch office intends to employ THE EMPLOYEE as
permanent employees as will be ruled in this employment contract.

Furthermore, for the purpose of the explained above,EACH PARTY agreed to make agreement
with the detailed clauses as follow:
Clause 1

Work Period, Duties and Responsibilities


The employment agreement is valid for a period of 10 years from the date 12 january 2017and
ending on 12 january 2027
THE EMPLOYEE has the duty and responsibility as Accounting
THE EMPLOYER is entitled to the duties and responsibilities other than those mentioned above
to THE EMPLOYEE.
Clause 2

SALARY
THE EMPLOYEE obtain the net salary of THE EMPLOYER of per month payable on the last
day of each month
THE EMPLOYEE also get welfare benefits of employees under the rules and policies of
companies
Clause 3

SANCTIONS
THE EMPLOYEE shall obey the rules of regulations issued by the company or
pimpinan.Pelanggaran the regulations result in dismissal or administrative punishment to the
THE EMPLOYEE
Clause 4

OVERTIME
THE EMPLOYEE obliged to work overtime when the available work to be done.
THE EMPLOYER shall pay to the THE EMPLOYEE As a reward for overtime with the amount
that has been determined by the rules and regulations of the company.
Clause 5

WORKING TIME
Working time is determined 10 hours a day with two hours rest period, and the number of
working days per week as 5 working days
Clause 6

LEAVE
THE EMPLOYEE entitled to annual leave for 15 days calculated proportionally to the start or
the end of the work in the company and leave entitlements acquired after THE EMPLOYER has
a working period of 6 months.
Thereby the agreement was made, approved, and signed in duplicate, the original and a
copy of a stamped and the same legal force. One held by THE EMPLOYER and the other for
THE EMPLOYEE
