Likesagent Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms”) carefully before using
https://likesagent.com (“the Site”) operated by Coralhyper Worldwide Ltd and its affiliates
(“Likesagent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding Terms of
Service for visitors, users and others who access https://likesagent.com website (“Users” or
“you”).
By viewing, using or otherwise accessing the Site or by registering as a member of the
Service (as defined herein), you agree to submit to these Terms of Service and our Privacy
Policy (which can be found at https://likesagent.com). If you do not agree to these Terms of
Use, please do not use the Service.
The Likesagent reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add, remove any
portion of these Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms
and conditions on https://likesagent.com. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes
by continuing to use the Service.

1. Subject of Agreement
1.1. The Likesagent provides the User with administrative and technical services, which
represent a limited list of options (technical opportunities) for promoting your Instagram account
by exchange of likes and comments (hereinafter - “Service”). Volume and cost of the Service is
determined in appropriate sections of the Site.
1.2. Subject of this Agreement is paid User's account promotion services in the social
network Instagram.com.
1.3. We reserve the right to engage third party to help us provide you with the Service.

2. Acceptance
2.1. User's authorization (identification) on the Site (input of the unique User's information
on the page of registration and (or) any login page), and also payment for Service rendered
under this Agreement represents full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms. According to
the applicable legislation of Cyprus, the User is considered as a party which entered into
contractual relations with the Likesagent.

3. Providing of Service
3.1. The Service can be received if you have an account on Instagram. To start using our
service in full extent you shall provide us with your login information from Instagram account.
Note, that your Instagram account must be publicly available and not protected by privacy
settings.
3.2. In order to use the Service, the User must register and provide a username, password
and email address. The Likesagent shall not be liable for fullness and adequacy of the User's
personal data.
3.3. You can use likes-exchange platform to earn likes on your balance, by "liking" other
User's photo. Then you will be able to spend likes to promote your posts. Another way to fill up
your balance is to buy likes. Note, that Likesagent doesn't refund money in exchange for likes,
therefore you have to spend all your likes balance in the Service.
 3.4. The Service is provided only in case of full (100%) prepayment. The Service shall be
considered as paid after Likesagent receive the appropriate payment which is equal to the
amount of Service selected.
3.5. User's balance will be topped up within 15 (fifteen) minutes after the full payment has
been received. Then we shall provide you with the technical opportunity to use the selected
amount of Services. Our obligations are considered fulfilled since execution of the ordered
volume of Service. The Likesagent is not responsible for the condition of the technical
equipment of the User, if it excludes or limits the User’s ability to use the paid amount of the
Service.
3.6. If you have any claims about volume and quality of the Service, you shall immediately
let us know by email: support@likesagent.com. The message must contain the subject and
content of your claims.
3.7. The User has no right to refuse the Service after payment was received and the
Service was rendered. The Likesagent shall not be required to provide refunds.
3.8. If you don't receive paid Service, contact us on the e-mail: support@likesagent.com.
Please note that you will need to submit the proof of payments, such as bank statements.
3.9. Timeframe for giving claims stipulated in this Agreement is 5 (five) days. If within 5
(five) days from the moment of the Service performance there are no claims on our e-mail
support@likesagent.com, the Service shall considered as appropriately and fully rendered.

4. User's obligations
For the purposes of the due performance of the Agreement, the User shall:
4.1. Register appropriately on the Site. In case of changes in your personal data promptly
make modification in the registration form. If it is impossible, please, notify us by e-mail
support@likesagent.com
4.2. Not share the login or account information, nor let anyone else access your account or
do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
4.3. Not to violate the Likeagent’s and any third party’s intellectual property. You may not
copy, distribute or dispose any portion of information from our Site. You agree that you will not –
under any circumstances – use the Site in order to breach third party's rights.
4.4. Be solely responsible for checking for updates of this Agreement. Updated terms will
be announced on https://likesagent.com.
4.5. Be solely responsible for having necessary technical conditions to use the Service:
Internet access, appropriate software with compatibility to HTTP, other devices.
4.6. Be ensured of timely Service payment. Please, save bank statements as a
confirmation of the payment for the entire period of use of the Service.
4.7. Be liable for receiving and spreading of the information through any technical means,
which can provide the access to the Service, in accordance with the law of your country and
applicable legislation of Cyprus.
Please note that we are not responsible for any of your actions and their consequences
when you use the Site or Service. We are not responsible if your Instagram account is locked,
blocked or banned.
 5. Likesagent’s obligations
For the purposes of the due performance of the Terms of this Agreement, We shall:
5.1. Render the Service to the User in accordance with Clause 3 hereof.
5.2. Preserve the confidentiality of the provided personal information, in accordance with
our Privacy Policy, if this information is not already in public.
5.3. Inform the User about modification or updating of the Terms of the Service by
publication it on https://likesagent.com and (or) by email.

6. Terms of Payment
6.1. You can pay for the Service with Visa or Mastercard credit card. All payments are
carried out through affiliate payment systems in non-cash form.
6.2. All payments are made only in U.S. dollars.
6.3. The billing descriptor that will appear on a user's bank statement is "LIKESAGENT”.
6.4. You acknowledge and agree that Likesagent shall not refund money in case of
termination of this Agreement. So you will not receive money or other compensation for unused
likes on your balance if your account deleted or blocked.
6.5. If the payment has not been processed or if – for any reason – it will not be accepted
for processing, the money will be refunded in full amount, minus the commission charged by the
payment systems. In other cases, no refund is made.
6.6. Likesagent does not store bank card data of the User.

7. VIP option and automatic renewal

7.1. You can get likes on each new post without any effort if you start using the VIP option.
There are two simple steps to activate this option. Firstly, you have to select an amount of likes
you want to receive and a period of time during which the option will be enabled. Secondly, you
have to make a payment to start getting likes.
7.2. We also provide you with automatic renewal of the VIP option to save your time. If you
turn on «Automatic renewal», the system will extend it for 30 (thirty) days three days before the
expiration date of the VIP package, and the fee for the appropriate VIP package will be debited
from your credit card. By activating «Automatic renewal», you agree that we will automatically
charge your credit card for each renewal of the VIP option.
7.3. You can turn off «Auto renewal» at any time. Please note that all fees which were
already debited from your credit card shall not be refund.

8. Liability of the parties

8.1. The User is responsible for all access to the Service and for all actions taken by him
using the technical capabilities offered by the Service, and therefore accepts full responsibility
and possible risks associated with the use of the Service, provided by the Likesagent.
8.2. The User agrees to bear full responsibility for all his actions, as well as for actions of
third parties carried out using the User's account, including responsibility for the security of data
of the personal Profile, and responsibility for activities performed by third parties which have
gained access to the User's account.
 8.3. Likesagent is not responsible for the use or usefulness of the services provided in the
amount ordered by the Service, as well as for the quality of access to the Service via the
Internet.
8.4. The User assumes full responsibility for the security of identification data that is used
to provide access to the Service, and full responsibility for any losses that may occur due to
unauthorized use of its access.
8.5. Under no circumstances shall the Likesagent be liable for any direct or indirect
damage caused to the User during the use of the Service or in case of inability to use the
Service; in particular, incurred as a result of errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files,
change of functions, defects, delays in data transmission, and similar events that occurred
through no fault of the Likesagent.

9. Alteration of terms and termination of Agreement

9.1. The Agreement is valid from the moment of its acceptance to the moment of
performance of Likesagent’s obligations.
9.2. This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are official documents of the Likesagent.
The current version of each of these documents is available on the Site.
9.3. The Likesagent has the right to change or modify the Terms of Service, to adjust the
existing tariffs and prices, to introduce Annexes to this Agreement.
9.4. Any change of prices does not apply to services that have already been paid.
9.5. The User bears the burden of checking for changes to this Agreement and for
changes to other documents on the Site of the Likesagent.
9.6. If you want terminate cooperation, contact us by email support@likesagent.com.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. All your claims regarding to the volume or quality of the Service shall be submitted
via email (support@likesagent.com) no later than 3 (three) business days from the moment
when the dispute arose. Claims are reviewed in a 5-day (five-day) period, and the Likesagent
has the right to enter into correspondence with the User in order to clarify the nature and causes
of claims. Likesagent – in case of failure to receive a response to his request within 3 (three)
days – has then the right to consider this to be a withdrawal of the claim; in any case, the
decision for each claim should be taken in a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days.
10.2. In the event of any dispute or disagreement relating to the execution of this
Agreement, the Parties shall make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between
the Parties.
10.3. If the disputes are not resolved by negotiations, the disputes shall be settled in
accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

11. Additional terms

11.1. The User – at his own discretion – controls the moment when to terminate the
Service.
11.2. You can require Likesagent to solve problems connected with having access to the
Service, except in cases of force majeure circumstances.
 11.3. Likesagent has the right to e-mail messages, using both technical facilities provided
within the Service, and by sending them directly to the e-mail of the User.
11.4. Likesagent informs the User that messages may not be directly related to the
Service, but the User can at any time opt out of receiving such communications by using the
commands or settings which Likesagent shall inform the User about.
11.5. If the User does not agree with at least one condition of this Agreement or with the
terms of providing the Service specified on https://likesagent.com, he has no right to continue
using the Service and shall immediately leave the Site.

11. Confidentiality
11.1. By acceptance of this Agreement the User consents to processing of the User's
personal data as well as agrees for disclosure of personal data in case of judicial disputes and
requests from competent authorities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Circumstances of force majeure

12.1. Likesagent shall be relieved from their liability in case of failure to fulfil their
obligations hereunder, in part or fully, if such failure was caused by force majeure
circumstances, which commenced after Agreement execution, in particular the circumstances
which could not and could not have been anticipated or avoided by Likesagent and User and
which make our performance of obligations under this Agreement impossible. Riots, prohibitive
action of authorities, natural disaster, fires and other circumstances of force majeure, including:
12.1.1. Power loss;
12.1.2. Global loss of international network segments;
12.1.3. Breakdown of routing;
12.1.4. Breakdown of DNS;
12.1.5. Breakdown which is caused by hacker's attacks and DdoS-attacks and also illegal
action of third parties;
12.1.6 Breakdown which is caused by User's action, particularly breach of regulations and
security policy of Instagram.
12.2. Likesagent is obliged in case of technical possibility to notify the User about
commencement of force majeure circumstances by posting information on the website
https://likesagent.com and (or) by direct e-mails within 7 (seven) calendar days after force
majeure circumstances start.
12.3. Upon commencement of force majeure circumstances which prevent Likesagent
from performing obligations hereunder, the time period for the Likesagent' performing such
obligations shall be extended proportionally to the time of duration of such circumstances.
12.4. In case if the duration of force majeure circumstances exceeds 3 (three) calendar
months this Agreement shall be deemed terminated. The Likesagent shall return to you unused
funds in accordance with the undelivered Service.
