OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR RAPID U.S. POLITICAL INTERVENTION

From: Neal David Sutz, 48 years-old, American and Swiss Citizen by birth, Currently Living in Geneva, had my
2 Special Needs Sons, then 3 and 7 years old, Taken By Geneva, Switzerland Government over 2 Years Ago and
Never Returned to me. We had arrived in Geneva JUST 2 and a half weeks prior from Arizona. My sons have,
while in the custody of the Geneva Government, been physically, psychologically and emotionally abused,
sexually molested, neglected in all conceivable manners, horrifically exploited by adults and children, used in
psychiatric experiments, etc. Still, NO ONE OF POWER AND AUTHORITY IN THE AMERICAN
GOVERNMENT is coming to my family’s aid to save my sons and reunite us. All accusations proven against
me have been PROVEN FALSE. I, and my attorney, naturally, have ALL Certified, Court and Government
Documents To Validate The TRUTH of my story – Both USA and Swiss Documentation – Proving What Is
Happening Is A Corrupt, International Conspiracy Between the U.S. Consul to Switzerland and his Senior
Assistant, in conjunction with The Mormon Church in the USA and in Switzerland, as well as numerous other
parties in these 2 countries. I recently published a book to tell our story and try to save my sons before it is too

Dear Mr. XXXXX:

As this opportunity to share this summary with you is rare and extremely time-sensitive, I shall keep this
letter/presentation as concise as possible and allow you to look further into this matter, which is now being
covered in the media, both social media and alternative, in the USA and Switzerland, and yet is being Intentionally
Hidden from President Trump, Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, Attorney General, William Barr, as well as U.S.
Ambassador to Switzerland, Edward McMullen. Naturally, I, along with my attorney whom you met on Saturday,
Francois Rod of RVMH Avocats, am fully available, 24/7, to respond to any questions you or your colleagues
may have and to supply with you and needed documentation to authenticate the validity of this urgent request for
immediate political intervention from President Trump, via Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, Ambassador
Edward McMullen and-or Attorney General, William Barr.
My name is Neal Sutz. My sons, both Special Needs, were taken from me in Geneva when they were 3 and 7,
and are now 5 and 9 years old. Despite all horrific and defamatory accusations being made against me being
proven false, with all of them, in fact, having been retracted by the primary accuser, my ex-wife, as well as
irrefutable, documented, photo, video, written, Department of State in Switzerland, and Geneva Government
proof of a massive, international conspiracy between the U.S. Consul to Switzerland, his Senior Assistant, High-
Up Members of The Mormon Church in the USA and Geneva, as well as the Geneva University Hospital, my
sons are still, for more than 2 years now, being held in Geneva Government Custody in a Children’s Group Home
in which they are being neglected, abused and used as a pawns in an international conspiracy between certain
individuals at Geneva Child Protective Service – SPMi, Swiss Judicial – TPAE, and U.S. Department of State in
Switzerland, those being the U.S. Consul and his Senior Assistant, as well as Mormon Church Officials, both in
Switzerland and the USA.
Importantly and Contrary to all the false accusations and defamation against me, FROM DAY 1, which the
Geneva Court is using to continue the illegal and immoral detainment of my sons, is the Testimonial Letter,
written with permission of the General Counsel of Phoenix Children’s Hospital, by my son Skyler’s
gastroenterologist, Dr. Jacqueline Schenkein, M.D., who took care of Skyler for 2 years and knew me, Skyler and
Cory very well, as well as worked in conjunction with DCS in Arizona and had a legal responsibility to report
ANY possible neglect or abuse of her child patients. Her letter, given as proof to the Geneva Child Protective
Services and Geneva TPAE Court, SIX DAYS AFTER MY SONS WERE RIPPED OUT OF MY ARMS IN
2017, was buried for 2 years and then, when it came to light in court, by my attorney’s presentation to the Judge
on August 29th of this year, just 2 weeks ago, it was discounted as having ZERO VALIDITY.

In her letter, dated July 31, 2017, Dr. Jacqueline Schenkein, M.D., states,
“At all of my visits with Skyler and with Mr. Sutz, Dad was attentive and loving to his sons.
Skyler was always clean, appropriately dressed, and appeared to be comfortable and playful
with Dad. There were NO “RED FLAGS” regarding Mr. Sutz’s parenting or my interactions
with him.”
SITUATION SUMMARY -
1. June 28th, 2017. My ex-wife and I move to Geneva, where I am a dual-citizen, to escape a stolen life and
massive danger to our children, at the hands of my family-in-law, run by Robert Grant Bradford, Great-
Grandson of the former Prophet of The Mormon Church, Heber J. Grant, and my ex brother-in-law,
Damian Parnell Creamer, founder of Primavera Online High School and also documented in victim
testimony as a serial pedophile, despite having never been arrested, charged, tried or sentenced by any
court in the USA. My ex-wife and I had discovered, on February 20th of 2017, a child pornography video,
shot by my ex-mother-in-law, Helen Mai Bradford, of my ex-father-in-law, Robert Grant Bradford,
molesting our 8 year-old nephew in a bathtub in a hotel in Arizona. Robert Grant Bradford is also, as
you can still read in online media and Arizona Court Records, the same man who paid the money for
and bought the gun in the 2002 failed Assassination Plot on Sheriff Joe Arpaio and former Arizona
Governor, Jane Hull. He skated with mild probation, as he plea-bargained to admitting Unsworn
Falsification.

2. July 16th, 2017. Having started to settle into our new life in Geneva to start a new life and protect our
children from ever being victims of my ex parents-in-law and others in their circle, my ex-wife attempts
a double suicide with our 3 year-old son, Skyler, threatening to jump out of the window of our 8th story
apartment in Geneva’s city center. She is psychiatrically hospitalized under a court order at the Geneva
Cantonal Hospital, Belle-Idee, for an initial period of 60 days.

3. My ex-wife, within 24 hours of being hospitalized, in a state of psychoses, drugs and disassociation, not
to mention in a state of revenge against me as she was under the assumption that I had “somehow” taken
control of the Geneva Court and forced them to hospitalize her, defamatorily tells the Geneva Hospital,
and the SPMi – Service for the Protection of Minors and Infants, which is the CPS of Geneva – that I, not
her parents and other family members who have been documented as pedophiles and-or being complicit
in pedophilia and child pornography, have raped her, beaten her, molested our children and beat our
children from the time we were first married in 2010 in Arizona, USA. She defames me, with no proof,
despite my having No Criminal Record, No Charges EVER Against Me, and also despite my having a
STILL-VALID-TO-THIS-DAY, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, which was processed and approved
through the F.B.I. She then tells the SPMi and the psychiatrists at the Geneva psychiatric hospital that
our children are in danger with me and that they need to be immediately taken from my care and custody.

4. July 25th, 2017. The SPMi, with the TPAE Court – Tribunal for the Protection of Adults and Children –
rip my children from my arms at the Geneva University Hospital – HUG – with no paperwork shown or
 given to me, tell me, “…we are keeping your children here. Get a lawyer.” And then they have HUG
Hospital Security throw me out of the hospital.

5. My sons are kept, in a psychiatric experiment headed up by a world-renowned, American child psychiatrist
working at the HUG Hospital in Geneva, for nearly 4 months and I did not see them for the first 5 weeks,
even for a second, nor did I speak with them on the telephone during their entire detainment of nearly 4
months. They were then transferred to a Children’s Group Home where they lived for about 4 months.
Then, they were transferred to another Children’s Group Home, where they have now lived for more than
1.5 years.

6. U.S. Consul to Switzerland, Jeremias Dirk, and his Senior Assistant, Chris Del Monico, in conjunction
with HUG Hospital, American psychiatrist, Dr. Daniel Scott Schechter, SPMi, TPAE Court, The Leaders
of The Mormon Church in the USA – that being, my ex-wife’s family and their colleagues – as well as
the leaders of The Mormon Church in Switzerland, organize the international child kidnapping of my sons
back to the USA, with me and my 1st lawyer having NO KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH PLANNING. The
Swiss Border ends up getting sealed, under a RIPOL, SIS and Schengen, when I became aware of one the
many kidnapping strategies that was put in place to kidnap my sons back to the USA without my
knowledge.

7. April 28th, 2018. My ex-wife, having spent nearly 100 Percent of her 10 months in Geneva at the Belle-
Idee Psychiatric Hospital, impulsively, without notifying our sons or the TPAE Court, leaves Geneva,
therefore abandoning our sons, this legal case and more than One Million Swiss Francs in hospital, police,
ambulance and legal bills. In July of 2018 and November of 2018, she briefly returns to Geneva, only to
be immediately re-hospitalized at Belle-Idee. She then returns, Indefinitely, to Arizona, to live with her
pedophile, child-pornographer parents.

8. The Geneva Court – TPAE – ordered a Psychiatric Family Expertise, analyzing all 4 members of our
family and what their determinations were about ever allowing my sons to come home. The TPAE Court,
legally, is supposed to “consider” the OPINIONS of this Expertise when they are making their final
decision, but instead they accepted it as 100 percent the Truth and have taken away not only my right to
be heard in Court and my right to present irrefutable, let alone any, evidence to contradict all the lies,
defamation and false claims made against me, but are now saying that my sons should not come back
home to me, their Father, for at least 3-5 years, IF EVER, and should start leaving the Foyer Group Home
on the weekends to be with a Foster Family. In short, the Experts who wrote this Expertise say that, “Mr.
Sutz is paranoid, psychotic and literally made up and imagined the irrefutable conspiracy of the U.S.
Consulate, Dr. Schechter, HUG, The Mormon Church and the family of my ex-wife working fast and hard
to commit international child kidnapping. Note – I have NEVER broken the law since this case began, let
alone before, and EVERY REPORT FROM THE ADULTS, CALLED EDUCATEURS, WHO RUN
AND WORK AT THE 2 FOYERS WHERE MY SONS HAVE LIVED, HAS SAID ONLY
EXCELLENT, POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT ME AND ABOUT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SONS.
But No, the Court here will not even consider those Reports, despite those Educateurs being the ONLY
people who have ever seen me and my sons together on a regular basis, since this nightmare began more
than 2 years ago.

9. I wrote book called, “SOS – Scream of Silence,” bought full page in The Washington Times on May 9th
of this year to get President Trump’s attention and help. It was intentionally kept from him. USA
Mainstream media has ignored this story entirely, however alternative and social media started to write
stories and interview me approximately 2 months ago and my family’s story and the nightmare it is, is
 becoming very widely talked about and exposed in the USA and Switzerland. To reiterate, President
Trump, et al, are ALL being intentionally kept Unaware of this situation.

10. We are very familiar with President Trump’s unstoppable commitment to stopping pedophiles, child
pornographers, child traffickers and his undying fight for justice for those who have been wrongly accused
of crimes they did not commit. We are also intimately familiar with President Trump’s diligent work to
assist in the release of Americans detained by other countries, most notably, ASAP Rocky and Todd
Leininger.

11. I have read and become very familiar with President Trump’s Federal Policies and personal beliefs on the
arrest, charging, prosecution and sentencing of pedophiles and child traffickers. It is for that reason that
I am imploring you to review this information and rapidly notify Ambassador McMullen and all of your
contacts within President Trump’s Trusted Circle, as this is the only manner in which this nightmare will
be regulated, my sons will be returned to me, the criminals involved in this matter will be served legal
justice and, in short, my life will be saved and my sons will still have their Daddy to protect, provide and
care for them, as well as to Love and raise them in the safe manner in which they were raised their entire
lives in the USA, BEFORE we came to Geneva, Switzerland more than 2 years ago. As I shared with
you in our meeting this Saturday, I have already received 2 Death Threats, via WhatsApp, warning of
what will happen to me if I do not back off trying to save my sons. As the Proof this situation shows,
not only have the Leaders of The Mormon Church become deeply involved in my family’s case in the
TPAE Court in Geneva, but my ex father-in-law, Robert Grant Bradford, is DOCUMENTED in this buried
political nightmare, as to having directed and controlled U.S. Consul, Jeremias Dirk, and his Senior
Assistant, Chris Del Monico, to infiltrate this Swiss Court Case and worked, in conjunction with Bradford
and numerous other members of my ex-wife’s family and The Mormon Church, to put pressure on the
Geneva Court and Geneva Government to not only refuse to return my sons to me in Geneva, but also to
send my sons back to my ex-wife’s family and The Mormon Church in Arizona, where they would be in
immediate and permanent danger in all manners imaginable.

12. My ex-wife, as documented in the Geneva Court File and by Arizona Police, was psychiatrically
hospitalized numerous time after her return to her family in Arizona in April of 2018 and on February 6th
of 2019 was psychiatrically institutionalized, under an Emergency Mental Health Petition, placed before
the Maricopa County Arizona Mental Health Court, by her own mother and family. No one who works
at the Group Home where my children are being detained has talked with her in over 6 months or even
received an Text Message since June of this year. Furthermore, it has been proven that the Text Messages
supposedly sent to my sons at the Group Home, since February 6th of 2019, have, in fact, not been coming
from my ex-wife but rather from her family impersonating her. Meanwhile, despite my proving this to
the Geneva Court, they and the SPMi and all parties opposing me saving my sons and getting them home
to me, all say that my ex-wife is, “…doing great, living with her parents in Arizona…” and once again,
Falsely and opposed to all proof on paper and Police Bodycam Video, that Mr. Sutz has “created” all of
this my head and that I am paranoid and a psychiatric danger to my sons, in that, “Mr. Sutz thinks there is
a massive conspiracy against him.”
My attorney, Francois Rod, whom you met at our meeting, wrote the following statement regarding this overall
case and the Criminal Denunciation of the US Consul and his Senior Consular Assistant, formally submitted to
the Attorney General of Switzerland, Michael Lauber, just two weeks ago –

“The thing that strikes me to most in your case is the huge inconsistency between the opinions of your
successive therapists, i.e. psychiatrists, and the conclusions of the two experts appointed by the court.
 Whereas the experts pretend that you would be suffering from a non-organic psychosis and to that extent
have limited parental skills, your three therapists are of the opinion that you have no psychosis,
unanimously recognize your parental skills and even conclude that you should have the custody of your
children. Such a discrepancy makes the conclusions of the experts very questionable to say the least.

Based on the documents that were provided to me by yourself and your former attorney, it is clear to me that
certain members of the US Embassy in Bern participated in an attempt to deport your children from
Switzerland to the USA with the support of the Geneva Child Protection Services (SPMi), although your son
Skyler is a Swiss national. After having initially supported the US Embassy, the SPMi admitted about a year
later that the American diplomatic post had no right to participate in the proceeding and even to be
informed about the situation.”

Mr. XXXXX, there is much, much more to this nightmare story and, in short, I am fully available to speak with
you or any of your colleagues, Ambassador McMullen, Secretary Pompeo, AG Barr or, of course, President
Trump, Ivanka Trump or anyone chosen by President Trump to swiftly regulate this international crisis before it
is too late for me and my sons.
I sincerely hope, once you read this summary and all related evidence which I have provided to you and any other
information you will request of me, that President Trump, the one man who could save my sons with a single
phone call, will come to our aide, order my sons returned to me immediately, and put the necessary pressure on
the Geneva TPAE Court, the Geneva Conseil d’Etat and the SPMi, as well as and most importantly, the Swiss
Federal Government, to do the same against the parties committing these illegal crimes which have resulted in
the illegal detainment of my 2 sons, which has resulted in their documented psychological, physical and emotional
destruction, for over 2 years now, and the total annihilation of our family.
