PARENTS’ LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM

I. Title: Capacity and Sustainability Training for Scholars Parents’ Livelihood Program 2017

II. Training Purpose/Objective: The purpose of the training is to identify prospective and
feasible livelihood program for scholars parents, management and marketing ideas, to
provide sustainable livelihood program, and lastly to improve family economic capability
to the member parents.

III. Rationale: as stated in the Department of Education’s institutional mission, the school
must support and promote lifelong learning and should actively engage in the
community. It is also encourage that family, community and other stakeholders must
actively participate and share responsibility in order to attain continuous development.
Since parent takes vital role in student’s academic growth and development, they must
be equipped with tools necessary to support their children and to alleviate economic
situations in general.

Sound & AVP Rentals: ₱ 2, 000.00 @ 1000/day

VI. Monitoring & Evaluation:


Monitoring and evaluation is an essential component of every activity. The preparation
and the secretariat committee will ensure the smooth implementation of the training. The
outcome determines the possible solutions and recommendations that will improve the
delivery of instructions to the participants. Output and Activity portfolios will be gathered by
the process observers for evaluation. Post-Training Evaluation Form will be used (See
attached). After the training is completed, a narrative report and pictorials will be submitted to
the sponsored NGO and to Schools Division Office as mode of verification.
