PROPOSED DEMOLITION METHODOLOGY

I. SITE PREPARATION WORKS

1. BOARD UP – Construct perimeter Board Up (2.4m high) using Plywood

around the work area.

Estimated Work Duration: 10 Working Days

2. PLATFORM – Set up plywood platform underneath the particular work area
before commencing with the dismantling of timber slab.

Estimated Work Duration: 1 Working Day per Area

II. DEMOLITION WORKS

1. DEMOLITION & CUTTING OF TIMBER SLAB
a. Cut existing timber slab into small sizes approximately 1m x 1m.
b. After the 1m x 1m timber had been detached from the main slab, it will be
removed and put at the temporary hauling area for proper disposal later in
the day.
c. After the whole area had been dismantled, the surrounding area must be
check & clean before proceeding to the next work area.

III. HAUL OUT CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS

1. The dismantled timber will be loaded in the hauler truck and will be delivered
to the proper disposal area throughout the demolition process every working day.

2. Small construction debris will be put into sacks and will be loaded in the hauler
truck and will be delivered to the proper disposal area throughout the demolition
process every working day.

3. A utility man will be assigned to maintain the workplace area clean at all times.
