Instructions for Self Clearance:

Please see the attached documents (manifest and commercial invoice)

needed for the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to release your
shipment. Please print the documents and take them to CBSA along
with your proof of value and/or any other required documentation.

CBSA 821 is located at 113-5000 Miller Road, Richmond B.C. Their

hours of operation are 8:30AM – 4:00PM, Monday to Friday.

We require CBSA 821- Vancouver international airport’s clear release

stamped copy, in order for shipment to be released.

Once the shipment is released by CBSA you have the option of either
picking it up from our location or it can be delivered. For either option,
we need the CBSA stamped manifest to be faxed, emailed or delivered
to us.

The FedEx Ground Delta station is located at 6849 72nd Street Delta,
BC V4G 0A5.
Please call ahead and let me know if you intend to pick up your
shipment. Stamp releases that are brought in for shipment pick up
take time to process; please be prepared to wait.
