Respected Sir,
With due regards, this is bring to your notice that on dated 09/09/2019
a joint meeting has been held between INDIAN RAILWAY, RITES, CONCOR and
K.R Goyal (Contractor representative) regarding hindrance in execution to work of
chain link fencing and track work at Varnama. The following points have been
discussed between the competent authorities.

1. M.S flat must have size of 40 X 4mm for holing the mesh.
2. Fencing start from starting point then move along the curve and end at toilet
block with wall face.
3. The custom bounded area is more than 4 hectares (after calculation), if we
provide the fencing through the centre of the warehouses No. 1 and 2 so
clarify the hurdle.
4. Chain link Fencing along the 50m wide CC Pavement block for 164m (approx)
length from point A to B as shown in the enclosed drawing, need to be
provided in the Soil portion.
