Good day sir/ma’am. I am Elead Gaddiel S. Albuero, a law

student in San Sebastian College-Recoletos. I purchased in this
store on June 8, 2019 one Dunlop M-FiL 3150 together with the
string and grip placed therein.

When I played in Citismash on September 6, 2019, the racket

broke when I smashed. I am alarmed with this situation since the
tension of my racket is 28lbs even though its maximum is 30lbs. In
addition, I only used this racket not more than ten times.
Wherefore, I am requesting your good office to replace the subject
racket.

Attached herein is the copy of the official receipt of the

purchase. Moreover, I can show you a video clip of the mentioned
moment when the racket broke.

I am hoping for your favorable consideration and action

towards my request and to this situation.
