A. REVIEWING PREVIOUS The teacher will asks the student by the given questions:

Each group will create a simple mail merge using the application letter with at least 10 recipients.

Task to accomplished:

Task #1: creating mail merge

1. In doing your activity,screen shot every steps in creating your simple mail merge.

2. Save your screen shots and name it “steps in creating mail merge”.

3. Then save your output in a flash drive or CD.

4. Save your output and name it “mail merge”.

Task #2: integrate images and external materials

(Use trhe screenshot taken in doing you mail merge)

1. In MS Word create a steps in creating mail merge using the screen shots taken in doing your mail merge .

2. Put a label in every screenshot/pictures.
