information through a telephone call, submitted the marked money for dusting of fluorescent
powder, served as a back-up of the arresting officer in the conduct of a buy bust operation
against the accused, that she conducted the search and took pictures of the same and she will
likewise substantiate the Magkasamang Sinumapaang Salaysay and all other matters as alleged
in the information.

A: At the police station sir

A: I submitted it to the pasay police crime laboratory for powder dusting.

Q: When did that happen?, Mr. Witness?

A: On the next day sir January 18, 2017 at araond 10:30 pm, our asset again reported to us that
he was able to see Jon Jon Saksak or Tom Lemuel Sumaway, sir.

Q: What did your office do when you were informed by your asset, Ms. Witness?
 A: With that report of our asset, our Chief of Police called up and had conducted a meeting and
discussed possible conduct of the buy-bust operation and we proceeded to the place of
Sumaway, sir

Q: How did you execute the actual buy bust operation against the accused?

A: we went to Brgy. Paco, sir

Q: Upon reaching Brgy. Paco, what did you do next if any?

A: We just followed and observed our asset where he was going, sir

Q:, what happened next?

A: After observing for an hour our asset approached a person, sir

Q: Upon approaching a person, what transpired?

A: there was an exchange between our asset and the target sir

Q: How did you know that there was an exchange?

A: the asset gave us the pre-arranged signal that an exchange or sale has been made already sir.

Q: the asset will remove his cap sir

Q: what happened next?

A: we approach the two and announced our authority and arrested tom sumaway. Sir

Q: Who arrested the target?

A: It was PO2 Pines sir

Q: What was your role in the said operation?

A: I was a back-up of PO2Pines sir

Q: Exactly what is that role?

A: I bodily searched the arrested person, tom sumaway sir

Q: Did the search yield anything, if any?

A: Yes sir

Q: What is it?

A: I recovered from tom sumaway’s wallet one piece transparent plastic sachet containing shabu
sir

Q: What did you do with the plastic sachet that you recovered?

A: I turned it over immediately to PO2 Pines sir

Q: What happened next?

 A: This time we proceeded to our station for the inventory, Sir

Q: Why did you conduct the inventory at the police station?

A: The area of operation was hostile. We have to be secured sir

Q: was there any evidence to prove that the inventory was made at your station?

A: Yes sir, I took a picture of the inventory taking in it was the accused sir

Q: where is it since there is no such picture in the records ms. witness?

A: Ill try to recover it in our computer sir since the said computer was stricken with virus and
some of the files were corrupted.
