ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This, Deed, made and executed by and between:

GLORIA REGINO vda DE JAVILLANOR, of legal age, Married, Filipino and a resident of Purok 1,
Barangay Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga Province referred to as the vendor

-And-

COLUMBUS ME SALLIDAO, of legal age, married to CAROLINA SALLIDAO, Filipino and a resident
of Tabuk City, Kalinga Province, referred to as the vendee.

WITNESSETH:

1. The vendor is the owner of a certain parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title CLOA
T-7625 issued by the Registry of Deeds of Tabuk City, Kalinga Province and more particularly
described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 19) Psd-CAR-011527 (AR) being a portion of 1355, Pls-93 located at
Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga Province, Island of Luzon....Bounded on the SW, by Lot 9; on
the NW, by Lot 18; on the NE, by Lot 21; and on the SE, by Lot 20, all of the subdivision
plan…Containing an area of Four Hundred (400) square meters, more less”

2. That for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) pesos,
Philippine Currency, which the Vendor hereby acknowledged to have received from the Vendee in
full satisfaction, the former hereby sells, transfers and conveys unto the Vendee the above described
parcel of land containing an area of Four Hundred (400) square meters and its improvements there
on;

3. That the Vendor warrants the above parcel of land is free from all liens and encumbrances and shall
defend its ownership against any and all claims whatsoever;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Vendor and the Vendee hereunto affixed their Signatures this ____
