• Completed 440 hours of supervised practice to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to over 300
patients, with 40 hours of staff relief
• Successfully provided enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition recommendations, nutrition focused
physical exams and diet interventions to patients in 4 intensive care units, cardiac, surgical, renal,
transplant, rehab and oncology floors
• Lead a cardiac class for a group of 6 patients and presented a “Healthy Options” poster to hospital
guests with recipes and food samples
Fresenius Dialysis Center, Bridgeport, IL April 2019
 Completed 40 hours of supervised practice in a dialysis center and charted on 10 new and recurring
patients
 Passed back monthly labs to over 20 patients and educated patients on ideal sodium, phosphorus,
