I. Executive Summary

X-Airlines is a new airline to meet the demand for additional, higher-quality passenger and cargo

service linking Philippines to any part of the world. The proposed new airline will be designed

around, and operated utilizing, the most up-to-date electronic, informational, and aviation

technologies to ensure low operating and marketing costs, maximum efficiency in deployment of

its resources, and a high level of customer service and convenience. And it is this final element,

dedicating the airline, its staff, and its organization to providing a high level of customer service

and convenience, and efficiently meeting the needs, wants, comfort, and safety of the passenger,

that will assure the proposed airline's rapid acceptance in the marketplace and its long-term growth

and success.

II. Business Background

X-Airlines was founded by Ernest Abram G. De Asis at the age of 19 years old. He thought that

he will not achieve this business. His dream is becoming a pilot but he owned an airline instead.

He started learning business at the age of 13 years old and exceled. Because of the frequent crashes

of airplanes, he thought he could help the travelers feel safe again and ensure their safety.

Even today, he still ensures his passengers’ safety by making his employees check every part of

the airplane before it takes off. He is a very humble person and he never stops learning. His goal

is to make X-Airlines one of the top airlines in the world.

Working with Ernest Abram G. De Asis is his wife Mickell Erika G. Austria who is also the co-

owner of the airline company. They are ensuring the safety of their passengers each flight.

III. Marketing Plan

Marketing Objectives

X-Airlines will ensure the safety of their passengers in and out of the country and give them a

comfortable flight. They aim to be one of the best airlines around the world and first at the

Philippines.

Offering to Customers All the passengers will be offered free earphones, sleeping
mask, and a souvenir airplane

Sales Strategy 10% discounts on holidays and 20% discount on travel


groups.
Service Strategy Your safety is our concern. Striving to be the best in the
Philippines.
Promotion Strategy Through commercials, social media, and newspapers.

IV. Action Plan

The plan of this airline is to be the best in the Philippines and one of the best airlines in the whole

world. Starting from the Philippines, we will get the trust of the people so that we can expand to

other countries labelling the “Safest Airline in the World”.

X-Airlines will always update their airplanes every 6-7 years so that they can really ensure the

safety of their passengers and travelers alike.
