Subject: FORMAL DEMAND TO REMIT PAYMENTS

Dear Mr. Diamante

We write you on behalf of our company, CKSC Holdings Group Inc. (“CKSC”), in relation to
the payments made by the Franchisees of CKSC you duly received during your employment
with CKSC which you failed to remit upon termination of your employment.

We would like to remind you that any money or payments which you received during the course
of your employment with CKSC from the Franchisees of CKSC rightfully belongs to CKSC
and that you have the corresponding obligation to remit the same to the company within a
reasonable time from receipt of such payment. Unfortunately, you have failed to remit such
amount to the company within a reasonable time from your receipt of the same. Worse, even
after your employment with CKSC has terminated, you still failed and continuously fail to
remit the payments you have received on behalf of CKSC.

In this light, please be advised that FORMAL DEMAND is hereby given to you to remit the
payments you received on behalf of the company from the Franchisees of CKSC or to make
the necessary arrangements within FIVE (5) days from receipt of this Demand Letter. Failure
on your part to comply with this FORMAL DEMAND shall be deemed as a breach of your
obligation and we shall be constrained to file any and all appropriate criminal and/or civil cases
against you to protect our rights and interests.

We trust that that this matter will be given preferential attention and request that you respond
favorably to this FORMAL DEMAND. Should you have any further clarifications or questions
on the matter, please do not hesitate to communicate with us.
