The procedure is as follows: In CRM solution, click on General - Contact - Phone and Email. Please update field Mobile Number 1 with updated phone no. of [customer for SMS alert and get it verified in an officer Id SMS not received to customers After the above step 1. 2. Go to the menu SMSREG and check for the country code of India which is always +91. Then check whether the updated mobile number is reflecting in the SMSREG screen or not. . The updated mobile number appears in the mobile number field.Go to Modify Record and g0 to the field Enable EPassbook which should always be Y. |. If the customer has more than one accounts, then go to option 8 in SMREG and input the Customer Id to tink all the accounts under the Id for getting the SMS alerts. |. Tell the customers to clear the message inbox in their mobile handsets.
