Working as a Branch Credit Manager at AHFL (Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd) from August
2017 to till date.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible for the underwriting of company lease prospects proposal to financial

affiliates.
 Position carries credit approval authority and management of the company’s warehouse
line of credit.
 Independently conducted credit analysis according to policy and sound credit decision
making, preparing decision documents for credit actions.
 Responsible for technical and legal done within TAT from empanelled agencies
according to policy.
 To complete process of Disbursement of loan.
 Currently having Rs. 25 lacs, sanctioned authority with L1 deviation.
 Maintain the corporate credit policy
 Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management
 Create a credit scoring model
 Manage customer credit files
 Monitor the credit granting and updating process
 Accept or reject the staff's credit recommendations
 Personally investigate the largest customer credit applications
  Personally visit the largest customers to establish relations
 Monitor periodic credit reviews
 Monitor deductions being taken by customers
