ABSTRACT
Unbalanced diet make energy supply does not correspond to the outputs of energy to

research was descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population in this research is the whole

respondents have the frequency of irregular eating patterns. Almost entirely (84%) of the

and in consuming fast food will cause a pattern of eating that is not good as well as susceptible to
