well, in the long run this organization will be a stepping stone for the projects needs and support
since it highly encourages effective volunteer programs within its quarters, as well as supporting
the projects purpose. Overall this organizations will become important in the formation of the
project within the community.
Moreover, the project will be handled by an overall chairperson who initiates contact within

vital role, she will then be using different techniques in creating good dynamic and organization
within the project’s dynamics. Ms Era Darren Naceno, the Logistics Committee Head, will be
assigned to buy and provide the necessary materials and supplies that the project needs,
especially in terms of design and production. She will then gather the needed repurposed or
bought materials that the group needs for the distribution of tasks within the members of her

VI. PROJECT SITE

Sitio Cabagaayan, a place found in Brgy. Sibulan, Toril, Davao City (see photos of its
physical map and virtual location on Attachment - b.) is the chosen beneficiary of this project. It is
a remote area and in order to arrive at the place one must need to make an extensive effort to
arrive in Sitio Cabagaayan. This is one of the reasons why there are still a lot of effort that needs
to be done to bridge the gap and difference among the students in the area compared to those
who are located in the urban places, especially when it comes to reading. The place is greatly
challenged with literacy problem that hinders students of their local school to communicate
properly and efficiently. They also don’t have enough access to internet which would probably
improve their reading skills and learning. Therefore, an initiative with concrete action should be
carried out in order to ease the difficulties of the students in terms of reading, writing and
communication skills. As students of Ateneo De Davao University, we are confident enough that
that we will help the people of Sitio Cabagaayan to the best of our capacity and abilities.
