Glove Valve for Inlet on Turn S-1 valve off. Lock out. Verify Gate Valve Lockout
Steam South Side Above Unit in pressure has
S-1 Inlet back Rm. bled off.

OPENING A GUARD DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A LOCKOUT!
