DEFINITION PENALTIES

B. Computer-related Offenses

C. Content-related Offenses
 Any person who is found guilty in the violation of Child Pornography, he or she will be punished
according to the Republic Act No. 9775 or the “Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009”.
 The penalty will be one degree higher than that provided for in Republic Act No. 9775 if it is committed
through a computer system.
