Extension Procedure 1. EO408 twenty-one (21) days – initial extension of thirty-


eight (38) days visa waiver, then monthly or every two (2)
months extension thereafter
2. 9(a) visa as per number of days issued by the FSP –
monthly or every two (2) months extension
3. 9(a) sixty (60) days for ABTC holders – non-extendable
4. A. 9(a) fifty-nine (59) days for Brazilian nationals – initial
extension to complete ninety (90) days from admission
plus one (1) month, then monthly or every two (2) months
extension thereafter
B. 9(a) fifty-nine (59) days for Israeli and Gibraltarian
nationals - monthly or every two (2) months extension
5. FSC 21-10 thirty (30) days for Lao Republic nationals –
initial extension to complete fifty-nine (59) days visa
waiver, then monthly or every two (2) months extension
thereafter
6. FSC 125-10 fourteen (14) days for HK SAR passport
holders – initial extension of (seven) 7 days to complete
twenty-one (21) days, then extension of thirty-eight (38)
days visa waiver, then monthly or every two (2) months
extension thereafter
7. FSC 122-11 fourteen (14) days for Macau SAR passport
holders – initial extension of seven (7) days to complete
twenty-one (21) days, then extension of thirty-eight (38)

Note: Extension of stay applied sixteen (16) months


after the latest arrival is required to file a Motion
for Reconsideration to be approved by the
Commissioner.

Requirements 1 A blank Tourist Visa Extension Form may be acquired at the


Public Information and Assistance Counter or downloaded at
www.immigration.gov.ph
2 Documentary requirements consist of photocopies of the bio-
page of the passport, entry visa, latest arrival stamp and
latest visa extension, if applicable
Schedule of Availability of Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM without noon break

extension of thirty-eight (38) days to complete fifty-nine (59) days.
