AFFIDAVIT

I, GARDO DALISAY, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of 08 Aquino

Residence, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state that;

1. On the evening of July 21, 2019, I, together with my circle of friends were at the
backyard of the house of Edward Singson, having mild drinking spree session;

2. Suddenly, Edward Singson told us that he needs companion to meet a certain

Tantan Cruz to talk about something. As a friend, we heeded to his request to
go along with him near STI College. I was with Ninoy Marcos, Joshua Catuiran
and Edward Singson;

3. While we were standing near STI College, a group of men riding in a motor
vehicle approached us. They were armed with long metal tube and empty
bottles of liquor;

4. Right before they disembark in their motor vehicle, I hurriedly run and hide
behind a water station building near the STI College. I personally saw how the
group of men boxed and physical assaulted my friends using the metal tubes
and empty bottles of liquor they were previously holding. They even fell down
and pleaded but to no avail;

5. When Edward and Joshua had the chance to fight back, they utilized their fist
blows but the same were not enough. Hence, they were able to run;

6. I hurriedly run after them. I accompany them in Tuguegarao City People’s

General Hospital for their medical treatment; and,

7. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
