printed shirts but will also offer a hand painted shirts that will surely be one of a kind.
This hand painted shirt will be a memorable shirt because you get to express yourself through art
do it yourself and then give it as a thoughtful gift or keep it to yourself our artists can also hand
paint shirts depending on the customers’ preference and concept if the customers wants to.
Highlights of the project
Nowadays, the trend in millennial are street wear clothing but many of this brands offers a
limited designs so it doesn’t sell to most of the people. Most of them are also high in price so
people don’t appreciate. OMSIM CLOTHING is a printing shop that produce wide variety of
designs because our brand produce a good quality print on shirts by the use of our high quality
and innovative printing machine.

We promise to provide durable and comfortable clothes to wear on a daily basis.

Feasibility criteria
OMSIM CLOTHING targets people who have interest in arts and people who wants a good
quality of clothing that will last with a creative twist for street wear clothing are good for all
seasons specially here in our tropical country the Philippines. This shirt is good for any casual
occasions it can pair with anything and it is a good “on the go” clothing that is durable and
comfortable to wear

SWOT Analysis

Strength. The edge of OMSIM CLOTHING is it doesn’t only produce printed shirts. There are
available shirts that are artist hand painted which is inspired by legends, heroes, events, trending
issues that the customers can request.

Weakness. Our brand doesn’t produce very small sizes so little kids can’t wear our brand but we
can develop or make kids sizes if we have kids as customers we will adjust for our customers.

Opportunity. OMSIM CLOTHING. Produces shirts with a wide variety of designs that all
genders and grownups can wear. If you can think of a certain picture/design we can make it
possible through our great artist/designer.

Threats.OMSIM CLOTHING. Will be competing with famous local street wear brands.

printing machine and we use other ways on designing the shirt. The provision of equipments and

Work schedule

The store will open at 10 am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday but Every Wednesday. There is a 1
hour lunch break 1:00- 2:00 pm and a 1 hr break anytime as long as there is a person in charge
